Candace Flanagan is founder of My Safe & Sound Home Inc. Candace's primary goals are to enhance health and safety outcomes for employees, reduce costs paid by employers and for each of us to gain awareness about health and safety for our families.
These mission goals can be accomplished by utilizing Candace's services and various safety training tools Candace makes available. Candace can guide, transition and motivate each of us into compliance to achieve health and safety thresholds at work and at play.
Candace is widely known assisting to educate our community leaders how to reduce injuries and reduce work claims through proactive employee recognition programs and safety training. Now is the time for organizations to utilize Candace to assist heighten awareness and train staff, rank-and-file how-best to avoid unsafe acts and unsafe behaviors.
Candace Flanagan is also a licensed private investigator. By utilizing her vast safety skill-set, Candace can assist legal counsel determine why injury has occurred and to offer solutions how to avoid future injury.

- Provide innovative educational materials via a variety of delivery modes that will enhance learning experiences through clear demonstrations of applications and measured learning outcomes.
- Provide family safety and corporate safety expertise utilizing blended approaches, whenever feasible.
- Provide accredited or other appropriate courses to various professional groups, i.e., child care professionals, visiting nurses, etc.
- Provide community awareness workshops, seminars and webinars.
- Provide appropriate research via a logical analysis approach in order to identify areas of safety concerns that would benefit from improved processes.
- Develop and promote improved processes developed from result findings of logical analysis approach.
- Identify and support health, safety and other key strategies to achieve synergy of strengths.
- Develop learning experiences for children and young adults that will enhance safety skills.
- Develop means and methods to provide outreach programs to the under-privileged or under-served.
- Set company goals to include local, regional, national and international communications, products, services and support.
